Kurt’s involvement in the family farming operation for the past 30 years has provided a strong foundation for his work as an agent dealing with agricultural properties. Jose’ Cruz was originally raised on a small farm in St. Charles County and later attended the University of Missouri, Columbia. As a 1989 graduate in Agricultural Mechanization, he returned to develop the first 100% biodiesel powered truck in the U. S. While working for the university he was hired away as a territory manager to represent Fabick Tractor’s agricultural division. In 2001 a unique opportunity offered itself as he was able to start a large farming operation near Jefferson City. He began to farm and took a management position at a construction company. In 2006 he became a sales associate for United Country Missouri Land & Home. His background provided the expertise to sell farms, recreational, and commercial properties. His success led him to receive the Pinnacle Silver award in both 2008 and 2010. Jose’ contributes his success to honesty, attention to detail, and listening to the needs and wants of his clients.

Michael Cunningham, AUCTIONEER/SALES ASSOCIATE

Michael was born and raised in rural Randolph County where he currently resides. He is actively involved in agriculture with his main focus being on cattle and poultry. After receiving a General Agriculture degree from Moberly Area Community College, Michael found a way to associate his love of agriculture with his other passion, auctions. In June of 2005 Michael graduated from Missouri Auction School and began working at Callaway Livestock Center in Kingdom City and Lolli Brothers Livestock Market in Macon. Since then he has broadened his auctioning from just livestock to personal property, equipment, farm sales, charity auctions, and real estate. He has auctioned everything from monkeys, reptiles, and African animals at an exotic animal auction to million dollar land sales. With an extensive knowledge of auctions of all types and the latest auction methods, Michael is ready to assist you with all your auction and real estate needs.

Heather Fenton grew up in a small farming community in Northwest Missouri. As a Rural Carrier Associate for the USPS, a manager for Hy-Vee Foods and now concentrating on bringing ownership opportunities to Boone County and the surrounding areas, Heather has worked in customer service for her entire career.
Heather likes to spend time with her husband and sons, and enjoys training and competing in barrelracing all over the state of Missouri. Heather also has a small hobby business raising Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies that have been adopted by families all over the US.
Family is very important to Heather and she hopes to help many families realize their dreams of buying property.

After 2 years service in the Army Air Force, Bill returned to the family farm, met and married Irene, went back to Missouri University for 2 years, left school to work in construction and eventually moved back to the farm.
From 1973 to the present, Bill has worked in agriculture, commercial and residential real estate sales in Howard, Pettis and surrounding counties. He and his wife (also a real estate broker) operated a real estate office in south Howard County for 19 years. During this time they operated a grain and livestock farm, a custom farming business and were partners in a feeder pig operation. Bill also managed a 1300 acre grain and livestock farm for absentee owners until cooperating in the sale of this property.
After serving on the board of the Howard-Cooper Counties Regional Port Authority for 3 years, Bill was asked to be the executive director of the Port Authority on a half time basis. During this time the Port Authority became half owners of a dock on the Missouri River and constructed a grain handling and storage facility at this site. Revenue was derivd from barge loads of grain out, liquid and dry fertilizer in.
After the sale of the farm operation and moving to Sedalia, Bill joined a United Country affiliate office in Pettis County for 12 years prior to transferring to the United Country Missouri Land & Home office in Columbia, MO.
