Troy is a lifelong resident of Cooper County MO. where he resides with his wife. He has two grown children who spent their youth working with him on their family farm. Years of operating the family farm gave him extensive knowledge in farming and cattle operations. This hands on experience was key in Troy consistently being one of the top sales leaders in agriculture income producing and recreational properties nationwide. Troy’s expertise for buyers is finding properties whether they are listed on the market or not. Troy’s expertise for sellers is to ensure that their property has the best nationwide exposure. His advice to buyers: “I can’t stress the importance of sitting down one on one with potential buyers and working out exactly what they are looking for, it’s all in the details, the wants and the needs.” Personal interaction, education and communication is key for buyers.
