Stephen Thoenen Sales Associate

Stephen Thoenen is a Mexico Missouri native and graduated from William Woods University in 2012 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. He received high honors and was selected by professors as a Distinguished Scholar in Accounting. No stranger to investments and property management, Stephen has owned several properties in Central Missouri including homes, land, and commercial real estate. After selling his well-established accounting firm in 2020, he joined Central Missouri’s largest public accounting firm Williams-Keepers as a Controller Services Supervisor.  From the Columbia office location, he continues to learn and develop his skill set in financial advising which ultimately gives grand insight and knowledge to his role as sales associate for United Country Real Estate. 

Stephen resides in Columbia Missouri with his wife, Brianna, and their two daughters, Henley and Ava. He thoroughly enjoys golfing and cheering on the University of Missouri Tigers, Kansas City Chiefs, and Saint Louis Cardinals. He can often be found spending time with his family or working on home improvement projects. Newly licensed in Missouri, he is very much looking forward to bringing his experience and expertise to this new role. Stephen is eager to assist both sellers and buyers in all aspects of real estate.
